1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "DIY Cash Physical Therapy Practice" course (referred to as "the Course"). 4. Intellectual Property
(a) Ownership: The Course and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by Miranda Robles and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
(b) License Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Course or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

THE COURSE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE COURSE OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE COURSE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miranda Robles and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course or any violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Course shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
9. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Course following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
